Crush Series

The Crush series are based on fictitious actions or cartoon like events in which steel I-beams appear to crush bars of stainless steel. The intense colours of the beams and the mirror polished surface of the crumpled stainless steel gives the work an unreal quality, allowing the sculptures to exist somewhere between finish and failure.
